The 10 Best Restaurants In Beaver Creek Colorado
Black Diamond Bistro
120 Offerson Rd., Beaver Creek, CO 81620, United States // +19708453198
The Black Diamond Bistro will please you whether you are drawn to the ambiance of a wood-burning stove, 180-degree views of Beaver Creek Mountain, unparalleled après discounts, or simply want something familiar.
They provide a Contemporary American menu, which some refer to as “Comfort Food.” They employ as many organic and local ingredients as possible, such as natural Colorado chicken and premium Angus beef, and they prepare all of their dressings and sauces in-house.
We got the raw fish appetizer with avocado, cilantro, and vegetables. It was so good that we requested another one. For the main meal, we ordered different pizzas, and each was creative and delicious.
Among the pizzas was one containing steak; my friend said it was among the best he had ever tasted. Juicy and tender, grilled exactly as ordered.
I went with the short ribs; unique. They were boneless, melt-in-your-mouth delicious, incredibly flavorful, and came with a veggie mix that demonstrated the chef’s concern for providing a well-balanced dinner.
The restaurant isn’t particularly large but has large glass windows and a lovely outlook. A thoroughly wonderful experience that is well worth a visit!
Golden Eagle Inn Restaurant
118 Beaver Creek Plaza, Beaver Creek, CO 81620, United States // +19709491940
This is one of the greatest restaurants in Beaver Creek and is ideal if you want to try something new. Furthermore, this is one of the few Beaver Creek restaurants that serve an extensive range of game meats on its menu.
This is due to the restaurant’s origins as a game-centric approach to comfort mountain cuisine.
We got the lobster pot stickers and the mushrooms stuffed with elk and blue cheese for appetizers. Both were outstanding. We were left wanting more because the portions were very small.
For my entree, I choose the Filet — excellent, excellent work. My friend requested the trout. Also very good. The rest of my friends got the Elk Loin, which was absolutely tender and well-seasoned. If you are looking for wild game restaurants in Beaver Creek, Golden Eagle should be your choice.
Splendido At The Chateau
17 Chateau Ln., Beaver Creek, CO 81620, United States // +19708458808
Splendido at the Chateau is an upscale Beaver Creek restaurant that serves fine dining food. The restaurant is committed to using seasonal ingredients of the finest quality. As a result, all of the herbs are grown in the garden on-site, and fresh produce is purchased from local farmers.
Delicious dishes made with fresh fish, including trout and monkfish, duck, beef, and lamb, may be found on the menu. The dishes are lovingly and carefully made. As a result, they are also artistically presented by a group of skilled chefs.
We began with cocktails, wine, and four appetizers: octopus, sea scallops, burrata, and smoked trout. The octopus and smoked fish were delicious.
Entrees included lamb, sea bass, Dover sole, and veal chop. They were delectable!
Splendido is the pinnacle of Beaver Creek fine dining. Because it is such a popular restaurant, I strongly advise making a reservation in advance.
Grouse Mountain Grill
141 Scott Hill Rd., Beaver Creek, CO 81620, United States // +19709490600
The Grouse Mountain Grill in Beaver Creek provides a comfortable and economical premium dining experience. Because this charming restaurant is located in the forest, it is excellent for an authentic mountain dining experience.
You will be treated to superb food and breathtaking mountain and village views. The Grouse Mountain Grill takes pride in serving farm-to-table cuisine. As a result, the menu will include old favorites and some high-end items.
The staff’s professionalism and attention to detail set Grouse Mountain apart from most other fine dining facilities.
The filet was cooked correctly and was served with broccolini and a distinctive scalloped potato mild sauce on the side. The kale salad was generous in size, and the sashimi tuna appetizer was delicious.
The wine and cocktails were excellent, and the desserts looked delectable, but we were too stuffed to attempt them. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this lovely place. You won’t be disappointed.
The Golden Eagle Inn offers a large assortment of wine, beer, and drinks to accompany your dinner. The interior is exquisite, and the owner is constantly present to ensure everything is done correctly! This is a must-try restaurant in Beaver Creek!
55 Village Rd., Avon, CO 81620, United States
Mirabelle is a high-end luxury place regarded as one of the best restaurants in Beaver Creek Colorado. In 1992, Master Chef Daniel Joly purchased the restaurant. And it has grown from strength to strength since then.
Currently, he is the only Belgian Master Chef present in America. There is a tiny number of made-to-order dishes on the menu itself.
You can create your dinner or choose from a fixed menu. Some of Chef Daniel’s personal favorites and inventive pairings can be found on this menu.
Last night, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner outside on the terrace. All four of our foodie friends enjoyed their various dishes, which included the magnificent and delicious elk, the wonderfully prepared lamb, the incredibly fresh and delicious halibut, and the sweetbread salad.
Everything was excellent and beautifully presented. It comes highly recommended as a continental restaurant in Beaver Creek.
Hooked Beaver Creek
122 Beaver Creek, Avon, CO 81620, United States // +19709494321
Hooked, as the name suggests, specializes in seafood. However, they also offer an outdoor Tiki Bar, a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. The Tiki Bar features a Polynesian theme and serves island-style cocktails and world-class caviar.
The fact that their menu concentrates on seafood does not imply that this is all they do. Po’ Boys, sandwiches, and poke bowls are among the lunch options.
The evening menu includes large and small servings to suit your appetite and mood.
The sommelier’s excellent sake recommendations to begin the evening truly started the party. Then, to complete the night, we had a sampling of small plated (The Crimpster) entrees, around four different sushi rolls, and some Wagyu.
I wanted to try one of the fishmonger’s special preparations, both hot and cold, but our party of four couldn’t agree on that, so I’ll attempt something similar next time. Yes, it is pricey, but it is worth it. I strongly suggest this location!
Beaver Creek Resort, CO 81620, United States // +19707543463
Beano’s Cabin offers more than simply a five-course gourmet feast. This stunning on-mountain restaurant demonstrates that the journey is just as enjoyable as the destination.
In the summer, you can come by horseback, and in the winter, you can take an open-air sleigh ride drawn by a snowcat. When you arrive, a raging fire and a cocktail await you.
The multi-course dinner has various options to please everyone in your company. Starters include fois gras, pappardelle, and tuna poke.
We ordered Wagyu steak, Colorado lamb, venison, and a vegetarian option as meals. A wine pairing enhances an already fantastic night on the mountain. Beano’s Cabin is a one-of-a-kind experience that is definitely worth the price!
Beaver Creek Chophouse
15 W. Thomas Pl., Beaver Creek, CO 81620, United States // +19708450555
This is one of the greatest restaurants in Beaver Creek Colorado. Because it is positioned on a slope, the Beaver Creek Chophouse provides spectacular views of both Beaver Creek and Vail.
As a result, this is the ideal restaurant to dine at after a day on the slopes! The deck is ideal for enjoying supper and a view, but live music is performed inside regularly.
The restaurant has a sizable menu, a seafood section, and a range of steak dishes.
I recommend getting their trademark salad and the lobster Mac and cheese, as these meals are part of what the Chophouse is famed for.
You can also order some steak, either a filet or a tasty bone-in ribeye, because their beef source is one of the best in the country, and the cuts are of truly premium quality.
This is one of the most memorable eating experiences in Beaver Creek. Believe me!
48 E. Beaver Creek Blvd., CO 81620, United States // +19707489463
Vin48 is a popular spot amongst the restaurants in Beaver Creek Colorado. The restaurant serves both small and large meals and a broad menu of modern and rustic cuisine.
Vin48’s principal selling feature, on the other hand, is its wine list. As a result, wine enthusiasts will appreciate being able to choose from over forty different wines to accompany their meals.
The menu is available for both in-store dining and curbside pickup. All of the seasonal recipes have been hand-picked by Chef Charles Hayes.
To start the evening, we drank the Scribe Sparkling Riesling, which was a great suggestion.
Along with the Beet salad, we also had bread, fettuccine, ravioli, mussels, broccoli, and scallops.
They offer small plates to be shared among guests. Small but not as tiny as tapas. They were all top-notch. The homemade pasta in the ravioli, which I also enjoyed, was quite remarkable.
Easily one of the top restaurants in Beaver Creek Colorado. It’s well worth the trip!
Blue Moose Pizza
76 Avondale Ln., Beaver Creek, CO 81620, United States // +19708458666
One of Beaver Creek’s top pizzerias is Blue Moose, which is also fairly well-known. Check for the blue umbrellas in the Beaver Creek village to quickly locate the location.
New York-style pizza, calzones, pasta, and sandwiches are their specialties. Even making custom pizza from scratch is possible!
You’ll find several well-liked choices and a few more creative combinations on their menu. I particularly liked the classic pizza with sliced meatballs and sauce and the cowboy pizza with chicken and smoked gouda. Definitely worth the visit! If you want pizza in Beaver Creek, visit the Blue Moose. It’s one of the finest pizza restaurants in Beaver Creek Colorado.
